books@f7.net simplelist archive (mockup)

Here is a new simplelist archive mockup for books@f7.net, and here is the actual pipermail archive.

Goals of a new design:

1. Minimum graphics, to make the pages faster and easier on the eyes.
2. Cut down on extra words used for links, instead make judicious use of existing words in an email message header to have them also be links to the appropriate things.
